Facility Use Requests

GracePoint events begin with submitting a Facility Use Request (FUR). Here are some helpful tips and steps to take when planning an event (either onsite or offsite), and reserving a church bus or van:

Contact our Administrative Assistant (office@exploregracepoint.com) to check your desired date(s) against the church calendar and room/resource availability.

Submit a FUR form for ALL events (onsite and off-site). This gets the event on our calendar for promotional purposes). Once our office receives it, the event will officially be posted on the calendar. The FUR is also used if you need to request a bus or van for your event.

Are you interested in having your wedding at GracePoint Church? We welcome all members and their immediate family members to have their wedding celebration in its facility.
