Sunday Services: Traditional or Contemporary Worship
(9:00 & 10:45 a.m.)
Attend a service that offers your worship style preference. We have traditional worship music with hymns, choir, and organ during our 9:00 a.m. worship service, and contemporary worship music with a band playing during our 10:45 a.m. worship service.
Every Sunday, children sing songs about the Bible and Jesus' love for them. In addition children listen to stories from the Bible and work on age appropriate crafts.
We are committed to providing a loving and safe environment for our youngest learners. To ensure the utmost safety for each child, we provide training and perform background checks on all of our teachers and caregivers.
9:00 worship service:
• Care is available for children 6 weeks – 4 years old in our Lily Pad area.
• Elementary age children worship with their families in the sanctuary (activity bags are available; ask an usher).
10:45 worship service:
• 6 weeks – 2 years old are cared for in our nursery or Lily Pad area.
• 2 – 4 year olds enjoy hearing biblical stories with strong faith lessons.
• Pre-K – 5th grade will worship with their families, then come downstairs to learn lessons from the Sunday School curriculum called Explore the Bible.
Jr. High Students:
All programs meet in the Fellowship Hall, except as noted. (On Hold Fall 2020 - Spring 2021: On Sundays during our ministry year—from 9:45-10:45 a.m.—we meet to pray and dig deeper into the Scriptures to learn how to be followers of Jesus and to understand how to read and understand the Bible.)
Sr. High Students:
Sr. High meets outside of "The Bridge" (the house located at the east side of the parking lot) or in the Fellowship Hall. (On Hold Fall 2020 - Spring 2021: during the 9:45 a.m. Sunday School Hour. During the school year, we learn about who God is and how we find ongoing joy, satisfaction, and peace through Him.)
During Fall 2020 thru Spring 2021, we will not be holding adult Sunday School classes on Sunday mornings. We encourage adults to be intentional of studying together as a larger community during the service times.
If you are interested in being connected to a group of similar age and life-stage, please contact us at Most of our Sunday School groups have members of a similar age and life-stage; however, a few offer topical studies where adults of any age can join.
What to Expect
Each service lasts about an hour. We have a time of singing and worshiping God, praying together, and then hearing a message based on the Bible. The first Sunday of each month we have communion together. Anyone can participate in communion as long as they confess Jesus as their Lord and Savior; you do not need to be a GracePoint member. You’re invited to come to church as you are—no need to dress up!
NOTE: This video was produced in Winter 2019 prior to COVID-19 restrictions. Check out our Reopening Guidelines to learn what to expect when attending.
