Event Center Form
This form must be turned in to the Office Assistant for approval by the Wednesday prior to the desired date to begin sign ups. Drop off in the office or email to office@ExploreGracePoint.com.
  • Please provide detailed information about the event below. Please provide a sign-up sheet or contact the Office Assistant to create one. If you need promotional signs for the event contact Haley Thannum.
  • The contact person on this form will be responsible for picking up any money collected by 15 minutes past the end of the second service. Any money not picked up by this time will be placed in the church office safe. Any signup sheets not picked up by 12:15 will be brought to the church office.
  • The Event Center will be staffed by a volunteer from 8:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. (or 15 minutes past the second service).

This is also called your "target audience." Examples would be Women/Men, or a specific age group (e.g. students or seniors)

Please make this as specific as possible.
