“Helping students grasp the gospel and grow in Jesus.”
In the Jr. High ministry, our highest goal is to help students fully grasp the good news of Jesus and grow in a personal relationship with him. We do this by showing them how to know God, love others, and live out the gospel. Our Bible teaching is practical, accessible, and interactive, designed to equip junior high students to thrive in their faith at home, at school, and with friends.
Our Wednesday night and Sunday morning group times are all about faith, friends, and fun. We strive to create an atmosphere where truth is spoken, relationships are built, and goofiness is encouraged! Each meeting includes time to play games, hang out with peers and leaders, and learn from God's Word.
We also offer fun events, as well as retreats, and service projects that go on throughout the year. There is always a way to connect to other students your age at GracePoint. Come check us out.
“So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.” (Colossians 2:6-7)
Sunday morning programming — 9:45-10:45 a.m. in "The Loft"
On Sundays, we dig into a book of the Bible. Our focus is on learning what it means to follow Jesus and empowering students to understand God's Word for themselves.
Wednesday night programming — 6:30-8:00 p.m.
On Wednesdays, we discover what the Bible has to say about the issues students face, with crazy large-group games and plenty of time for fun with friends in between.
